JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT
For the past decade, ManpowerGroup has collaborated globally with Junior Achievement (JA), a foundation dedicated to developing the entrepreneurial spirit of young people through corporate and education volunteer programs. ManpowerGroup is part of the jury of the national competition “Company Programme“, accompanying JA in the process of selecting the projects that reach the final. The Company Programme is aimed at students in secondary school, high school and vocational courses who, through a real life experience, learn to create and manage their own company, and to acquire skills and abilities necessary for both their professional and personal future. ManpowerGroup awards the Ready for Work award as part of this same competition.
1+ pour tous
Manpower is particularly honored to have been awarded the "1+ pour tous" label and is committed to promoting the social values of the label and contributing to the principle of integration through work, particularly in favor of senior citizens, young people, people with disabilities and people returning to work after a period of more than two years without employment; to support the hiring, with equal skills, of a person meeting the 1+ criteria for all; to promote cooperation with the cantonal employment office and its integration partners; to fight against stereotypes towards unemployed people, senior citizens and young people looking for work as well as people with disabilities.
