- The Net Employment Outlook (NEO) improved since the previous quarter (+1 point) but weakened year-over-year (-4 points). This negative trend may mainly be driven by economic challenges.
- 66% of Swiss companies Consider AI literacy as the most important technical competence and 51% report employee use of AI for daily tasks was the top productivity driver in the last 12 months.

Every quarter, the ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey determines companies' forecasts for staffing levels in the coming quarter. Internationally, ManpowerGroup surveys approximately 42 000 employers in 42 countries. In Switzerland, the national survey is conducted by Right Management Consultants. More than 500 employers from various industries were surveyed.
